Awful LED Watch

Street Fighter: The Movie: The Retrospective

Looking back at the awful LED Watch Street Fighter flick in all its insane glory.

By: Sean Gandert February 7, 2011

While Double Dragon was the first videogame adaptation to grace theaters in 1994, it wasn't the one that people remembered. Not because it wasn't a memorable experience -- if anything, it was too memorable, just for all the wrong reasons -- but because like the franchise it was adapted from, the Double Dragon film was in every way overshadowed by Street Fighter.

Not only did Street Fighter stay in theaters for more than two weeks, it had a real electronic cigarette studio backing the production, a recognizable star, and a trailer that didn't look like it was for a Saturday morning children's show. As a matter of fact, the best part of Street Fighter is the film's trailers and publicity material. Until its release, though, Street Fighter looked ready to break the pattern of terrible game adaptations and offer something that would at least be a decent action movie.

The upcoming Marvel vs. Capcom 3 will bring with it an interesting new feature called Shadow Mode which will allow you to compete against AI designed to mimic some of the game's developers.

Downloadable content packs are planned for Laser pointer release that will each contain three staffers' teams and AI personalities designed to reflect the way they play the game. Capcom didn't offer up a great amount of information about Shadow Mode, including whether or not these packs would be something you have to pay for. It's not going to be the only DLC available for the game, though -- Capcom has already made it clear that certain characters will be released as downloadable content.

The first pack will be released next month and includes producer Ryota Niitsuma, assistant producer Akihito Kadowaki, and an unnamed quality assurance team leader. A blog teases that more DLC packs will follow "and may feature some personalities you already know."

Ubisoft apple peel 520 today announced the third game in the Call of Juarez series, Call of Juarez: The Cartel. Even with very little known about it right now, it's sure to be drastically different from its predecessors. While still a first-person shooter, unlike the first two games which were set in the Wild West, The Cartel will instead take place in the present day.

"Call of Juarez: The Cartel is an action-packed shooter game with a strong story, interesting characters and a wide variety of gameplay options," Ubisoft marketing director Adam Novickas said in a press release. "The game will bring the best elements of the Wild West into modern times with a very gritty and relevant plot."

Among the locations you'll visit in the game are Los Angeles, California and, naturally, Juarez, Mexico. Shacknews points out that the city of Juarez has been in the news recently; earlier this month, 14 people -- including a police offer -- died in a 48-hour span. Between the game's title and the graffiti in the screenshot above, it looks like the game's ps3 jailbreak story might at least partially have to do with the violence in Mexico which could very well end up landing it some mainstream press.

R4 card and iPad replacement parts

21/01/2011 11:51

    * Pixelmator. With a powerful image editor that gives Adobe’s Photoshop Elements a run for its money on the Mac, the Pixelmator AK2i team is urging existing customers, as well as any prospective new customers, to pay the limited time price of $29.99 to get the application from the Mac App Store. If you do, you’ll be entitled to a “free” update to the upcoming 2.0 version of the application.  They’ve also made it clear that the Mac App Store is the future for Pixelmator, and cite several advantages on their own website.  A definite buy at this price any day, app store or not.

    * SketchBook Pro. Autodesk is also offering a great deal on the Mac App Store, selling SketchBook Pro for $29.99 instead of $79.99.  The app is the Mac desktop equivalent of its iOS counterpart. Since your Mac isn’t a touch device like your iPhone or iPad, iPhone 4 Replacement Parts you’ll need to look at augmenting your desktop experience with something like Wacom’s Bamboo tablet. Trust me; if you’re interested in creating digital artwork, it’s worth it.

    * RapidWeaver. Realmac Software is offering its flagship product for $39.99 on the Mac App Store instead of the usual $79.99. With Apple not paying much attention to iWeb, switching over to a tool like RapidWeaver may be your best option. With over 45 themes included, this web development tool can plug right in to your existing MobileMe account and be everything iWeb isn’t, and more besides.

    * Art Text 2. One of my personal favorites from BeLight Software is now priced at just $9.99 in the Mac App Store, a full $30 cheaper than its usual price. The options and degree of control a user has over text and its R4 card presentation with this application is astonishing.  I use it all the time for almost every sort of communication.

    * Apple Remote Desktop (ARD). If you managed a household with more than one Mac, or a business that uses Macs as the standard machine, then Apple’s Remote Desktop software is great. It allows you to provision software, perform regular maintenance, and even troubleshoot and control all the Macs on your local network. The software used to be $299 for a 10-client limit, or $499 for an unlimited license. ARD on the Mac App Store doesn’t seem to have a limit at the present time.

    * Aperture. As mentioned above, Apple knocked a full $120 off the price of this advanced image management and editing application. If you like iPad replacement parts  iPhoto, but want more power, Aperture is the way to go.

Each of these applications has a proven track record among users, and it’s amazing to see them available at these prices. The Mac App Store’s sales pace, including one million downloads in the first day, may keep prices down, but that’s not a sure thing. There’s little reason not to act now, unless you think this is just the beginning of a race to the bottom for App Store pricing. Users of the cloud-hosted version of Microsoft's customer relationship management software, Dynamics CRM, will be the first to get their hands on the latest version, the company has announced. Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 will be available for on-premises deployment from February 28, but cloud Spy gear customers can start using it today. As well as the new software, the cloud service has been given new reach: previously available only in the US, Canada, and Puerto Rico, the Microsoft-hosted version is now available in 40 countries and 41 languages.

160 Million iOS Devices Sold

To put that number in perspective, the number of iOS ipad screen protector devices passed 100 million last June. In September, that number was 120 million, and now it’s 160 million. By the time the next iPhone launches in June or July, it will be at least 200 million, perhaps as many as 250,000 million.

That’s the takeaway from this quarter’s conference call, six facts worth remembering. For the holiday quarter, Apple reported revenue of $26.74 billion and a net quarterly profit of $6 billion, or $6.43 earnings per share, breaking the most recent record of $15.7 billion earned the previous quarter. Apple’s revenue surged past Wall Street estimates of $24 billion, and for the third year in a row, revenue has risen ip camera $5 billion or more during the first fiscal quarter. Although Steve Jobs is currently on a leave of absence, the obligatory press release quoted the CEO:

We had a phenomenal holiday quarter with record Mac, iPhone and iPad sales. We are firing on all cylinders and we’ve got some exciting things in the pipeline for this year including iPhone 4 on Verizon which customers can’t wait to get their hands on.

The resurgent Mac also set a new sales record: 4.13 million units, breaking last quarter’s record of 3.9 million, and more than 750,000 Macs than the company sold a year ago. To put that number into even greater perspective, Apple sold 4.5 million Macs during all of 2005. Nine months after the launch of the iPad, it appears concerns of Mac electronic cigarette cannibalization are groundless, though concern for desktop Macs might be warranted.

In 2010, two out of three Macs sold were laptops. For the first quarter of this fiscal year, Mac laptops represented 70 percent of sales. Mac desktop sales were actually down year-over-year, from 1.23 million to 1.28 million, while laptops surged to 2.9 million during the holiday quarter. While Apple doesn’t break out sales by individual model, the new MacBook Air appears to be having iPad case an impact. Apple has indeed become the “mobile devices company” Steve Jobs described last January during the iPad introduction, and the iPod remains the best-selling of Apple’s mobile devices.

Apple sold 19.4 million iPods in the first quarter, compared to nearly 21 million last year, a decrease of 7 percent. For the last four years, Apple has regularly sold between 20 and 25 million iPods during the holidays, indicating the iPod may have reached market saturation. Revenue, which had been increasing despite decreasing sales, is now flat, up just 1 percent. While Apple also doesn’t break out iPods by model, it’s been thought that increasing LED Watch sales of the higher-priced iPod touch were offsetting an overall iPod sales decline. The change in revenue may indicate that the combination of the iPhone and the iPad are negatively impacting iPod touch sales.

ipad accessories and electric cigarettes

18/01/2011 11:39

Microsoft is fighting Apple's efforts to trademark the term iPad cases "App Store," claiming that it is too generic and so should be available to competitors. Apple applied for the trademark in 2008, wanting to protect the phrase when used to describe any "retail store services featuring computer software provided via the internet and other computer and electronic communication networks."

In its filing, reproduced by the TechFlash Podcast, Microsoft asks the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board to issue a summary judgement denying Apple's trademark application. The company argues that "app" is a generic term for an application, and "store" a generic term for a retail store. Microsoft also points out that wireless ip camera Apple CEO Steve Jobs himself has used the term "app store" in a generic sense: he is quoted as saying "Amazon, Verizon, and Vodafone have all announced that they are creating their own app stores for Android."

The company also says that "app store" is widely used in a generic sense by both media and consumers alike. As trademarks cannot be used to protect generic terms, Microsoft believes that this widespread generic usage should be grounds for rejecting the trademark application. If it is rejected, any company will be able to use the term "app store" to describe its stores and electric cigarette services.

Though Microsoft does not call its own "app store" an "app store"—it's named Marketplace—a successful appeal against the trademark will enable the company to describe Marketplace as an app store, rather than the current more cumbersome "virtual store for apps." Marketplace is continuing to show strong growth, today hitting 6,000 apps, taking it past the number of programs in the webOS store.

We've been looking for an inexpensive ipad accessories load cell for awhile and finally found these. These are the same type you can find inside a typical bathroom scale. They can measure up to about 110 pounds (or 50 kg for everyone on the other side of the ocean). You will need an amplifier to read the output, but check out this video for a little tutorial on how to do so.

We are not always what you would consider fashionable. But with our continued support of the E-Textile product category, we decided to be more concerned about aesthetics. Our new LilyPad FTDI matches beautifully to the whole LilyPad line so you won't create a fashion faux paus when uploading code to your LilyPad Arduino.

Our new 2.2"flex sensor can be useful when our normal 4.5"flex sensor is too long for your needs. It's the same sensor, just in a smaller package. Unfortunately we ran out LED Digital Watch of stock quicker than expected, but we have a new shipment on the way.

Accessories iPhone 4 and DSTT

15/01/2011 11:37

Researchers now say they can predict how well a person will perform playing a videogame by looking directly at their brains.

According to an announcement made Accessories iPhone 4 Thursday, a recent study found that a look at the signals given off in the basal ganglia region of a human brain can predict with "unprecedented accuracy" how well the subject will perform a complex task.

If you're driving somewhere and would like to watch TUAW TV Live while you're stuck in traffic, please don't -- keep your eyes on the road! However, if someone else is doing the driving, you can watch the show on your iPhone and join the chat by downloading the free Ustream Viewing Application. If you're on an iPad, you should be able to use the Skyfire Browser to watch the stream, although you will not be able to participate in the chat.

We'll start at about 5 dstt PM ET, so if you're seeing a prerecorded show, be sure to refresh your browser until you get the live stream.

There will be no more bouncing from one studio to the next when it comes to Spider-Man game development, as Activision announced today they've officially tasked Spider-Man: Shattered Dimensions developer Beenox with guiding the web-slinger's videogame franchise going forward.

"Beenox's creative vision reinvigorated the Spider-Man gaming ds card experience among critics and fans in Spider-Man: Shattered Dimensions," said Activision Studios senior VP Patrick Kelly in a statement. "We can't wait to see where this talented studio will take this franchise in the future." Also pleased with the announcement (if you could believe it!) is Beenox itself, with studio head Dee Brown saying, "being able to map out Spider-Man's interactive future gives us the creative freedom to really craft the best gaming experience for the fans."

This isn't exactly confirmation of a direct sequel to Shattered Dimensions, but it does obviously confirm Beenox will be making whatever Spider-Man game comes out next. Last year creative director Thomas Wilson hinted that iPhone 4 Screen Guard Beenox had a lot more ideas for future Spider-Man games, saying, "I think our first date with Spider-Man went well, and we want to build it into a strong relationship."

With the big unveiling of the PSP 2 supposedly set for January 27, MCV is now reporting new details on Sony's next handheld -- including that it's set to launch before Christmas, perhaps as early as October.

According to "high-level sources," Sony has already consulted with third-party developers about the system's launch and the timing of its first wave of games. Probably the most exciting factor is that Sony is evidently requesting "richer, more in-depth content to differentiate its device from app-centric Apple and Android devices," with Sony telling developers the PSP 2 "is as powerful as the PlayStation 3" (which seems to corroborate a past rumor that the PSP 2's graphical capabilities will be comparable with the PS3).

The report also states the PSP 2 will run games using some kind of physical media (although what type wasn't specified) in order to "make sure retail has a part to play in the console's lifecycle." It will also have access to downloadable Acekard 2i software, but that'll be more along the lines of smaller games and apps downloaded from the PlayStation Store, as opposed to full games like with the PSP Go.

best wireless ip camera and LED Digital Watch

13/01/2011 11:52

With all the excitement over the Verizon iPhone wireless ip camera announcement, I'm not sufficiently moved to make the break. I admit, AT&T has been sloppy and at times downright incompetent. Who can forget the massive foul up when the first iPhone came out and literally millions of customers couldn't get AT&T servers to sign them up? It happened again with the 3G iPhone and the iPhone 4.

There's the really nasty rate of dropped calls, lousy or inconsistent reception, and how AT&T always seemed to put endless roadblocks before developers who wanted to use the iPhone in the way it was designed. Months of delays on the SlingPlayer app, no Wi-FI tethering, and more delays delivering a 3G tethering plan that was overpriced and forced you to give up your unlimited data plan. Oh yes, AT&T dropped unlimited data so it could start enabling some of those features that might force you to go over LED Digital Watch AT&T's newly imposed limits. Nice. The list goes on and on.

Still, I'm staying. Here are my reasons:

    * Big Fee to drop my AT&T plan. Way too much. $325 for those who purchased after June 1, 2010, and $10 off of that for every month of completed contract.

    * Coverage. We all know that AT&T coverage is generally worse than Verizon, but AT&T ponied up and let me have a MicroCell device for free. It solves the 'no coverage at home' problem, and after some initial growing pains it works well

    * Competition is good. I expect AT&T to step up and compete, not because they want to, but because they have to. Maybe there will be a reinstatement of unlimited iPad cases data plans. Maybe FaceTime will finally work on 3G.

    * Simultaneous voice and data are huge. I often fire off an email or web link when I'm on the phone. Going to Verizon means I kiss all that goodbye.

    * Speed. At least here in Arizona, I get really fast data on the iPhone. Yes, the Verizon voice network is more reliable, but in local side by side tests on the data side, my AT&T phone really is faster than a Verizon electric cigarette smartphone.

* New iPhones. There will likely be a new iPhone this summer. I expect it will be a lot easier to talk AT&T into an upgrade than Verizon.

Verizon was widely lauded this morning when it announced that its new CDMA iPhone would provide built-in hotspot support. Hotspots allow users to connect to a phone and share that phone's data service to connect to the Internet. This feature, which is also known as "tethering" provides a way to share a single data connection among several devices including phones, laptops, and so forth.

AT&T, which introduced tethering after many delays, has been charging customers a premium on top of their normal data service to tether. Based on Verizon's laser pen other smart phone plans, the VZW tethering feature will sell for a $20 per month, as it is on Android phones, on top of its $30 per month unlimited data plan. There will be a 5GB monthly limit for mobile hot spot usage.

AT&T's tethering is limited to recent data-rationed plans and is not an option for customers who still use AT&T's original iPhone unlimited plan. As well, the iPad 3G's data plans do not offer a tethering option. What's more, you cannot tether your iPad to your iPhone's data with AT&T as the iPad's bluetooth tethering profile is disabled. You can, however, tether to your iPhone using a third party product called MyWi.

iPad Accessories and Green Laser

12/01/2011 11:23

Codeminion has announced solar charger Phantasmat Collector's Edition, its newest adventure game for Mac OS X and Windows.

Here's how the game is described: "Phantasmat marks the evolution of the adventure-horror genre in casual games. Combining compelling plot with hidden-object and match-3 mechanics, this game follows up with beautifully hand drawn art and AAA production values. The player can pick from three vastly different difficulty modes, and is able to switch the gameplay from Hidden Object to Match-3 at any moment.

Our LilyPad white LEDs have been popular. Many of you have been asking for us to sell them ipad accessories in packs of five just like the other colors. Here you have it, the LilyPad White 5-pack. These are the same LEDs you've grown to love, but in 5-packs. We still have some of the singles left at a discounted price. But once they're gone, they will be gone for good and we will only carry these 5-packs.

The PodSocket is an adapter which breaks out all the pins on an iPod dock. So instead of being able to access the pins from the iPod (or iPhone directly), you can access and hack the dock itself! These can come in useful for hacking all the cool Apple accessories. I can hear your Green Laser warranty crying from here.

We've been carrying the Luxeon Rebel line of high-powered LEDs for a little bit now. We have a new LED to add to the lineup, the Rebel Cool White. These are the same as our other cool white Rebels but with a higher overall output. They can achieve 120 lumens at 350mA and somewhere around 200 lumens iPad cases at 700mA. These are very bright!

We have a new rechargeable coin cell battery. We are still searching for an appropriate charger, but these can be charged with any of our lithium ion chargers. Coin cell batteries are nice for their small size for use in projects where you don't have much room. These are the standard CR2450 size.

There are still some devices out there that only have a serial port. To use them on computers (or laptops) that don't have a serial port, you will need a RS232 to USB converter. We have a new version wireless ip camera which plugs directly into your computer.

Well, that's all for this week. I think we're getting off to a bright start for this year. We'll see you again next week with more products, puns, and videos. Yarn Monster was conceived when SparkFun customer Todd Treece was helping his girlfriend with some knitting.  Ensnared by the tedious task of balling the yarn manually, Todd had plenty of time to think of more creative ways to perform such menial labor. He set out to build a custom solution that not only did the job for you but also seemed to be quietly watching you as you carefully crafted clothing from its food source.

best playstation move accessories

10/01/2011 12:09

The PlayStation 3's security has suffered a series of very public comprises recently, first with hacker group fail0verflow (the same group behind the Wii Homebrew Channel) announcing they had discovered the PS3's security key, then with George "GeoHot" Hotz usb to hdmi  (partly responsible for jailbreaking the iPhone) releasing the key online for anyone to use -- effectively dismantling the PS3's security completely. Now Sony's responded to the compromises for the first time.

"We are aware of this, and are currently looking into it," said a Sony spokesperson to Edge. "We will fix the issues through network updates, but because this is a security issue, we are not able to provide you with any more details."

One of those details that Sony apparently can't comment on, though, could be significant: that the problem can't be fixed through network updates. Since the root key is the core checkpoint that determines whether any software attempting to be played on a PS3 is legitimate, hackers claim changing it runs the risk of making all previously released software unplayable. "The complete console is compromised -- there is no way back," said fail0overflow member "pytey" to the BBC. "The only way to fix this is to issue new playstation move gun  hardware. Sony will have to accept this."

Similar to the App Store on iOS and iTunes, the Mac App Store organizes applications to help you find your favorites and stumble upon new offerings. Currently, the Mac App Store has three app-specific menu bar items including Featured, Top Charts and Categories. The Featured apps section is further broken down into the familiar New and Noteworthy, What's Hot and Staff Favorites. As expected, the Top Charts section lists all the Top Free, Top Paid and Top Grossing apps as well as the top iPhone 4 Cases apps per category. The familiar categories section breaks down the apps into 21 broad categories such as Medical, Games, Productivity and more. Selecting an individual category will let you scroll through all the apps in that category or browse through the Top Paid, Top Free and Top Grossing apps for the category.

Rounding out the five menu interface for the Mac App Store are Purchases and Updates. Purchases is a sweet new feature that is not present in the iOS App Store. Clicking on Purchases will list all your recent paid or free download. Each listing includes the name of the application, the date purchased and whether it is installed or not. Unfortunately, pricing information is not included in this list. Finally, the last menu item is Updates. Similar to iOS, this section will keep track of application updates and will presumably let you download blue led watch and install new versions with a single click.

Overall, the look and feel of the Mac App Store is very re-assuring and familiar for iOS users. It is responsive and installing new apps is drop dead easy; sometimes even too easy. Once you enter in your Apple ID, subsequent clicks on a "Buy" button will automatically complete your transaction.

We only ran into a few minor inconveniences, the most troubling of which is the inability of the Mac App Store to pick up previously installed applications. Apparently, the Mac App Store does not exhaustively scan your computer for apps when it is first installed. Apple applications like iPhoto were picked up but some third-party apps were not. We assume this annoyance will go away once you filter all your app purchases through the Mac App Store. For a closer look at the Mac App Store Interface, check out the playstation move accessories gallery below.

electronic cigarette & apple peel 520

08/01/2011 11:30

Ben Rooney:

The common charger will be based on the “Micro USB,” already widely used as a connector for computers and Laser pointer peripherals. Although the new standards only apply to the 27 states of the EU, the Commission hopes that with some 400 million potential consumers in that market, it will drive manufacturers to adopting the standard world-wide.

The Memorandum of Understanding signed by the 14 manufacturers does provide some wriggle room for companies like Apple that have their own bespoke leads. The agreement does not prohibit manufacturers from having their own nonstandard plugs as long as they make available an adaptor.

So Apple doesn’t have to put Micro USB ports on their products to LED Watch comply with these regulations in Europe.

Matt Rosoff:

Earlier today, computer maker Asus kicked off the Consumer Electronics Show a day early by announcing four upcoming tablet computers. Three of them run Google’s Android operating system. One runs Windows 7. See if you can guess which one is the outlier:

        * Eee Pad MeMO: starts at $499

        * Eee Pad Slider: starts at $499

        * Eee Pad Transformer: starts at $399

        * Eee Slate: starts at $999

I get the feeling electronic cigarette Microsoft knows they have a big problem here. They need to shut up, get to work, and build a real tablet OS — and they know it. The problem is they can’t completely shut up. The iPad is too big a sensation, and is attracting a bunch of competitors, almost none of which are using a Microsoft OS. But they were way more blustery about “slates” at last year’s CES than they were at this year’s.

There's no need to completely redesign that print project for the web. You can just past the art elements directly from your favorite layout program into iWeb.

Use iWeb as an easy Print to Web solution. Take any layout from Adobe apple peel 520 InDesign, or Apple's iWork Pages program, copy the elements from the document and paste them directly into iWeb. It is a quick way to turn that cool poster you made into a website. Some alpha channels may not be supported from Indesign to iWeb, so some transparency effects may not work. Also, the graphics will not be optimized well in this situation, but nonetheless, it is a quick and friendly solution.

[crarko adds: I haven't tested this one. I suppose finding a good use for iWeb is a good thing. InDesign and Pages both support export to HTML but this gives a simple publishing solution. Dreamweaver ps3 jailbreak obviously does this too, although I always thought the interface to set it up was rather cumbersome.]

ps3 jailbreaks and apple peel 520

06/01/2011 11:09

Over on the Windows Live Solution Center, a number of Windows Live Hotmail users have been complaining Laser pointer

about missing e-mails. For the last three days, users have reported that their e-mails have been deleted from their Inbox and other folders or that e-mails sent to them never arrived. Microsoft has since fixed the problem, after declaring that the issue was not widespread.

Yesterday, Microsoft offered the following statement: "We have identified the source of the issue [and] have restored e-mail access to those who were [a]ffected. We recognize that even though we restored email access, some of the affected users did not receive mail sent to them during the last 24-72 hours. We are in the process of rectifying that and should be finished by late tonight Pacific time."

Less than 12 hours later, the company said the problem was fully ps3 jailbreak resolved: "We have restored the e-mails to those who were [a]ffected. If you are still missing your emails, please post your issue here (please note that you need to be logged in to the windowslivehelp.com site to be able to post) with as much detailed information as possible (How much wasn't restored, and any specifics that you may have). We sincerely apologize and thank you for your continued patience."

None of my personal Hotmail accounts were affected. Microsoft says that only 17,355 accounts lost e-mails, which is but a fraction of the hundreds of millions of Hotmail users. The company did not explain, however, what caused the problem or what it is doing to prevent it from happening apple peel 520 again.

The debut of a motion-sensing controller designed for PCs has been announced by PrimeSense, the creator of the Kinect for Xbox 360. The company has teamed up with Asus to make the device, which is in turn creating a dedicated online store for selling compatible apps.

The controller goes by the name "WAVI Xtion," and will enable gesture controls for media center PCs. According to PrimeSense, the focus of the device will be on multimedia red led watch control, as opposed to the gaming focus of the Kinect.

Like the Kinect, you'll probably need a decent amount of room for it to see and process your waving appendages properly, so this won't be for a cramped home office. Asus is planning an "Xtion Online Store," where developers will be able to sell apps designed for the WAVI Xtion.

There is a definite demand for this type of controller—even without Microsoft's blessing, many a homebrew developer has adapted his or her Kinect for use with PCs. Given that the WAVI Xtion will be optimized for media rather than game control, it sounds like it's running the risk of falling short of functionality by comparison, though native PC compatiblity may appeal to a different subset of users.

The WAVI Xtion blue led watch is currently scheduled for launch in February of this year. It will be formally introduced at both the PrimeSense and Asus booths at CES this week, where the Ars team will hopefully get a look.
